Job Description

Regional Head Sales and Partner Management

Next2Friends, the mobile social media platform, was created to deliver content and connections that entertain, engage and enhance life. Bringing together the full capabilities of both mobile and PC-based internet technology, the comprehensive suite of applications and features provide rich media, commercial and communication services to today’s connected consumer.

The Next2Friends platform utilises patent-pending, proprietary technology to ensure consumers, businesses and brands enjoy the full value of the mobile internet. The UK Limited Company, formed in 2007, has offices in the UK and US, in addition to R&D divisions on three continents.

As part of our planned growth and go to market strategy, we are now looking to extend our team and wish to recruit, train and retain talented individuals who posses high levels of drive, enthusiasm and a passion for joining an entrepreneurial world wide start up enviroment.

We currently have openings for a number of Regional Head of Sales and Partner Management (RH) to join our organization. We seek a stable, level headed and commercially competent individual to help continue and enhance our growth. The ideal candidates will be an experienced “hunter” who thrives on the challenge to grow a business. The RH will report directly to the VP Sales and Marketing.


Sales Activities

• To identity and up follow up on pre qualified direct and partner sales leads to a predetermined and focused market place
• To be capable of demonstrating all N2F products and services as required. This includes the professional presentation of this information to prospects.
• To provide full join value proposition and commercial input in the preparation of response documentation
• Managing the current client base and partners within the region
• Carry and fulfill an annual sales quota
• Maintain sales forecasts, quotas, etc. to promote rapid growth.
• Build and manage client relationships
• Solving customer problems with innovative solutions
• Meeting sales targets by prioritizing opportunities
• Work with the VP of Sales and Marketing CTA to devise, deliver and drive a strong value based marketing campaign consisting a full marketing mix
• Manage at least one member of staff in a Content Marketing role


Skills required

• Commercial knowledge of telecommunications, Internet, media and Mobile Social Networks inc their operations
• Understanding of Internet, Mobile Social Network issues pertinent to the telecommunications industry, in particular the impact of partner trading activities
• Customer facing presentation skills with a contacts list to die for.
• A value based sales approach
• Creativity and Innovative approach to marketing with a “Not Afraid to Shock” attitude to their campaigns


The ideal candidate will be an individual who is excited about the opportunity to work in a small business with an entrepreneurial environment and is looking forward to the opportunity to build a dedicated team focused on mobile providers and other high subscription based organizations throughout their region. It is highly probable that one of RSDs will, within 1 yr of commencing employment set up and be promoted to the Global Head of Sales and Marketing (subject to performance)
A Business OR Marketing degree or equivalent is required; MBA preferred. 7+ years of quota achievement experience in sales, business development, marketing communications and channel development as both an individual contributor is a must. Your background MUST include experience in the traditional software, telecommunication and or Internet sectors, with competencies in the areas of managing multiple and often complex sales cycles, alliances along with strong forecasting and closing high margin business.
